The roots of the equation are x = 0 and x = 1/2
Therefore, x(x-1/2) = 0
Multiplying,  x^{2} -x/2 = 0
2 x^{2} -x=0

answer=  2x²-x or x²-1/2x+0

solution=
let the zeros be Ф=0 & ω=1/2
we know that a quadratic equation is of form
x²-sx+p
where s=sum of zeros=Ф+ω=0+1/2=1/2
&       p = product of the zeros=Ф*ω=0*1/2=0
and a=1

therefore the required equation=  x²-1/2*x+0 ( or )  mul by 2
                                            =  2x²-x+0=2x²-x
