S.P = Rs.1600
M.P = Rs.2000
Discount = M.P - S.P = 2000 - 1600 = Rs. 400
Discount% = Discount/M.P * 100 = 400/2000 * 100 = 20%
Hence he is offering a discount of 20% which is equal to Rs.400
Hope it helps
M.P = Rs.2000
Discount = M.P - S.P = 2000 - 1600 = Rs. 400
Discount% = Discount/M.P * 100 = 400/2000 * 100 = 20%
Hence he is offering a discount of 20% which is equal to Rs.400
Hope it helps
