Let the cost price of each orange be ₹ x.

A/q,

CP of 18 oranges = ₹ 18x

Sp of 18 oranges = CP of 16 oranges = ₹ 16x

Since CP > SP, there is a loss

Loss = CP – SP

= ₹ ( 18x – 16x)

= ₹ 2x

Loss \: \% = (\frac{Loss}{CP} \times 100)\% \\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = (\frac{2x}{18x} \times 100)\% \\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 11 \frac{1}{9} \%

I hope it will help you ~♥~~♥~~♥~~♥~~♥~~♥~~♥~~♥~~♥~~♥~
