if the speed of a car is 50.4 km per hour find the distance covered in 3.6 hours

distance covered in 3.6 hour =3.6×50.4=181.44

We know the formula ;


Speed =  \frac{Distance}{Time}


But we have to convert the units ; km/h to m/s and 3.6 hours to seconds.


Therefore, 50.4 km/h = 14 m/s {

Formula ;  Divide the speed value by 3.6}


And 3.6 hours = 12960 seconds.


So, Putting these values in formula,


Speed =  \frac{Distance}{Time} ,


Distance = Speed \times Time


Distance =  14\times12960


Distance = 181440 m


Therefore, Distance = 181440 m or 181.44 km
