Speed of light = 3.0 X 108 ms-1

Time taken by light = 2.00 ns = 2 X 10 -9 s

From the relation,

Distance covered = speed X time

We get,

D =3.0 X 108 ms-1 X 2 X10-9 s

   = 6.00 X 10-1 m

  Distance travelled by light =0.600 m

this is the way distance travelled
