From the equation
a = first term (25)

d = difference between two terms (-3)

n/2=[2a + (n-1)d]

From this equation we get the value of 'n'

Now put the value of 'n' in
a \ \frac{}{n} = 2a + (n - 1)d

You will get the answer

Hope this will help you.....
