if the sum of the squares of the zeroes of a quadratic polinomial f(x) = x^2 - 8 + k is 40, find the value of k​

student5570: so then take -8 to other side then the it is x^2 + x = 48
student5570: then x^3 = 48
student5570: then x = 3√48
