Let the zeroes be l & k
so,
l+k=-2a-3/a+1
-1=-2a-3/a+1
-a-1=-2a-3
a=-2
now,
lk=3a+4/a+1
putting a=-2, we get,
-2/-1=lk
lk=2

umachy71: it was given that l+k=-1
