Let the smallest integer = x

Sum of the 13 integers = 169

(x)+(x+1)+........+(x+12)

= 13x + (1+2+3+......+11+12)

= 13x + 78

13x + 78 = 169

13x = 169 - 78

13x = 91

x = 91/13

x = 7

Tenth integer = 7 + 9

= 16
