If the sun somehow collapsed to form black hole,what effect this event have on orbit of the earth?

if ever sun gets collapsed In the form of black hole then the gravitational pull would be so high that earth would either reach to close to earth or it would collapse, so now the orbit would change since the required orbital velocity of the earth would increase eventually changing the orbit of the earth
