if the thickness of a pile of 16 card boards is 44mm ,how many cardboards will be their in a pile witch is 71.5 cm thick


please solve this step by step as it is urgently required

Given:

Thickness of 16 card boards = 44 mm .


Thickness of 1 card board = (44/16)

                                           = (44/160) mm.


Then, thickness of 7.15 cm piles = (44/160) * 71.5 cm

                                                     = (44/160) * (71.5 * 10) mm

                                                      = (44/160) * 715 mm

                                                      = 260.


Therefore, 260 cardboards will be there in a pile.
