let the first term a and the common difference d
a3 =7
a+2d=7......(1)

a6=13
a+5d=13....(2)

a=13-5d......(3)

put the value of a equation 1
13-5d+2d=7
-3d=-6
d=2

a=13-5(2)
a=13-10
a=3

a10=a+9d
=3+9(2)
=21

the 10th term of an ap is 21
