if the time in Mumbai is 10am and its longitude is 70°East then find out the time at cape town =10°East​

difference in longitude is equal to 60

time taken by sunray to travel from one to another is 4 min. so total time taken is 60*4=240=4hrs . Therefore there is 4hrs difference. Time in cape town will be 6am
