potential energy equal to 2times T.E & K.E=-T.E

thus P.E = -3.02 & K.E= +1.51 eV

it lies in 3rd orbit from the formula E=-13.6/n^2 ,

orbit radius = 0.529(n^2) A°

= 0.529(9)

= 4.761 A°

Velocity in the 3rd orbit is Vn = {c/137}z/n

V3 = {c/137}1/3

= c/411 m/s , where c is the velocity light in vaccum
