when value of x is -1 then value of expression is 0

ax²+bx+c=0

at x=-1

a-b+c=0

at x=-2 value is 2

4a-2b+c=2

so by any method from 1 and 2 equations we get

a=0

b=-1

so when x =2 answer will be 9
