no, this is not in audible range , becoz audible range (20 Hz - 20, 000 Hz )

wavelength = 1.5 km = 1500 m

frequency = velocity/wavelength

                 = 1400/1500

                 = 0.933 Hz

so, its not in audible range cuz range of hearing is frm 20Hz to 20 KHz
