We know that the mass of a hydrogen atom in grams is about 1.67×10^24g.

We know that, De Broglie wavelength (Lambda) = h/p where h is the Planck constant = 6.626176. and p is the momentum = m x v

lambda = h / p = h / (m x v) = 6.626176 / (1.67×10^24g x 5 x 10^4 cm/s)

= 6.626176 / (8.35 x 10^28) = 7.935 x 10^-29 = 7.935 x 10^-21 Angstroms.
