Formula:

Velocity of sound =√(gama P/density)

So both having different velocities

Vh/Vo=√density of oxygen /density of hydrogen

Vh/Vo=√16*density of hydrogen/density of hydrogen

Vh/Vo=4

Given Vh=1248m/s

So 1248/4=Vo

Vo=312m/s
