Let,radius of the base = r

According to the formula

1/3 πr²h = V

(1/3)×(22/7)×r² ×12 = 100

r² = 100×3×(7/22)× (1/12)

r² = 2100/264

r² = 7.95

r = 2.82 (approx)

So, diameter = (2×2.82) = 5.64 cm (answer)
