Let h be height.
l×b×h=l×b×h
=>Volume=Area*h
=>792=132×h
=>h=792/132=6m
Hence height=6m.
I hopethat by now you have definitely understood the solution of this problem.

Height of the room is 6 m if  the volume of a room is 792 cubic metre and the area of the floor is 132 square metre

Given:

  • Volume of a room is 792 cubic meter
  • Area of the floor is 132 square meter

To Find:

  • Height of Room

Solution:

  • Volume of cuboid = length x breadth x height
  • Area of a rectangle = length x breadth
  • Volume of room = Area of floor x height

Step 1:

Use formula :

Volume of room = Area of floor x height

Step 2:

Substitute Volume of room = 792 and Area of floor = 132

and solve for height

792 = 132 x height

6 = height    ( Divide both sides by 132)

Hence , height of the room is 6 m
