As density of salty water is more than density of tap water .
It will exert a greater buoyant force (upthrust) and ,
So,Wt is greater than Ws.

The salt present in salty water increases its density due to which the salty water exerts a greater buoyant force on the object as compared to force exerted by tap water and therefore the weight of object seems to be greater in tap water rather than in salty water.
