Answer:

  • The weight of body on the Earth is 36 Newton.

Explanation:

Given:-

  • Weight of body on Moon = 6 N

To Find:-

  • Weight of body on earth .

Solution:-

As we know that the weight of body is calculated by the product of mass and Acceleration due to gravity . and the acceleration due to gravity on the surface of moon is 1/6 acceleration of the earth. Now, calculating the weight of body on the earth's surface .

Weight on earth surface =6 × weight on Moon

Substitute the value we get

W = 6×6

→ W = 36 N

  • Hence, the weight of the body on the earth's surface is 36 Newton.

Answer:

Given :-

  • Weight of body at moon = 6 N

To Find :-

Weight on Earth

Solution :-

As we know that Gravity of earth is 6 times of moon

  \tt \: weight \: at \: earth = 6 \times weight \: at \: moon

   \tt \: Weight \: at \: earth \: = 6 \times 6

 \tt \: Weight \: at \: earth = 36 \: n

Hence :-

The weight of object at Earth is 36 Newton
