x² + (m - 1) +n ( is a quadratic polynomial)

5 and - 3 are zeroes of polynomial

Thus 5 +(-3) = -( a+1) /n

a+1 / 2 = 2

a+1 =2

a = 2-1

a =1

Also 5 *(-3) =b

b = - 15
