ie. D=0
=>b^2-4ac=0
16a^2-8a-8=0
8[2a^2-a-1=0]
2a^2-2a+a-1=0
2a(a-1)+1(a-1)=0
(2a+1)(a-1)=0
If 2a+1=0
=>a=-1/2
If a-1=0
=>a=1
