if there are free electrons present in the M shell of an atom then the atomic number of the elements is likely to can be 13,and this element is Aluminium with a mass no. of 27

IF THERE IS 3 ELECTRONS IN M SHELL THEN THE ATOMIC NUMBER WOULD BE
...BECAUSE If 3 is in M shell then the shell before M shell that is k and l would be completed .as we know then k shell would have 2 electrons and l shell would have 8 so when we will add the total elctrons would be 13 so atomic number would be 13 and the element would be aluminium.
