First if all I would inform the fire service department.. Then I would inform all the students about the incident.. And I would bring them down floor by floor. without getting panicked.. most importantly I will first bring down the students who got stuck on the floor where the fire spreads.... And I will bring others down.. After the fire service department come I would explain the situation...
