Being poor means you cannot afford high quality healthcare facilities. which are very expensive.
so naturally only the rich people are the ones that are able to take advantage of the most modern medical facilities.
but still because of governments constant efforts government hospitals theses days are able to provide fairly descent healthcare facilities even to the poor people of the society
