If there is outbreak of Malaria in your area, What can be the possible reason for that ?how will you help the local people as well as the local health authority in control of malaria and mosquitoes?

the possible reason is of course mosquitoes.For that we should do the following things:
Cover all the water sources with sand.
If it is not possible to fill the water sources then we can keep fishes.
Wear full sleeve clothes.
Use bed nets, mosquito repellent and others.
Take care of your personal hygiene
Awareness etc.
