If three 10 ml syringes A, B and C are taken and their nozzles closed by inserting a rubber cork. The space inside the syringes is filled with water, air and common salt respectively and then pistons pushed back into the syringes after applying a little of vaseline for smooth movement. On compressing, the piston A moves easily in first syringe and B moves very slowly, almost negligibly. a) Are the above mentioned observations correct? b) Justify your answer of part a) according to property of respective substances filled. ​
