The series resistance is equal to 27ohms.
How?
Let the unknown resistance be equal to x.
Calculating the parallel resistance => 1/(1/x + 1/x + 1/x) = 3
From this x=9ohms.
The resistances in series are added, so 9+9+9 = 27 ohms.

Let total resistance be R'
1/R' = 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 = 3/3 = 1
=> R' = 1 ohm
Hence, the total resistance will be 1 ohm
Hope it helps
Mark as brainlist plz
