No. But the concept of black hole is a bit different.
Pratcally it is not possible to do so.
But if one can go in a black hole, he/she would not get light and hence the body growth will come to a halt. And if you come outside it at any loint of time, then obviously you would find that everything around you has grown but not you. Therefore, you can consider yourself to be in future.
It is the only way one can think of time travelling.

yess....time travel is possible if someone can make a device which travel more than the speed of light...before the death of einstean he was working on the time travel...but nowadays time travel is not possible. : )
