Answer: Let cash sales be x and credit sales would be (25% of x) = 0.25

We know that,

Total sales = Cash sales + Credit sales

2,50,000 = x + 0.25

2,50,000 = 125x

∴ x = 2,00,000

Credit sales = 2,00,000 x 25%

= ₹50,000

Answer:

Let cash sales be x and credit sales would be (25% of x) = 0.25

We know that,

Total sales = Cash sales + Credit sales

2,50,000 = x + 0.25

2,50,000 = 125x

∴ x = 2,00,000

Credit sales = 2,00,000 x 25%

= ₹50,000

Hence, Credit sales would be ₹50,000.
