TSA of hemisphere = 4πr^2 =27 sq cm
4*3.14*r^2 = 27
12.56* r^2 =27
r^2 =27/12.56
r^2 = 2.14
r= √2.14
r=1.46 cm. (approximately)

The radius of hemisphere is 1.69 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Total surface area of hemisphere =3 \pi r^2

r = radius of hemisphere

We are given that Total surface area of a solid hemispheres is 27 cm sq

3 \pi r^2 = 27

3 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r^2 =27

r^2 = \frac{27 \times 7}{3 \times 22}

r=\sqrt{ \frac{27 \times 7}{3 \times 22}}

r=1.69

Hence The radius of hemisphere is 1.69 cm
