since, we know that
total surface area of cube = 6 a^2
where a is the edge of cube . , so now
6 a^2 = 1014
a^2 = 1014 / 6 = 169
a = √169
a = 13 cm
lateral surface area of cube = 4 a^2
=4 ( 13 )^2
=4 × 169
=676 cm^2
main diagonal of a cube = √3 a
=√3 × 13 = 13√3 cm
therefore ,
lateral surface area of cube = 676cm^2
main diagonal = 13√3 cm
