Step-by-step explanation:

Given :-

triangle XYZ~triangle PQR

To find:-

If triangle XYZ~triangle PQR,then YZ/PQ=XY/QR is it correct?suppose your answer ?

Solution:-

In ∆ XYZ ~ ∆PQR , YZ/PQ=XY/QR is not correct .

Given that

∆ XYZ ~ ∆PQR

=> ∆XYZ is similar to ∆ PQR

We know that

In two similar triangles ,

  • The corresponding angles are equal.

  • The corresponding sides are in the same ratio or in the Proportion.

So Ratio of corresponding sides is

= XY / PQ = YZ / QR = XZ / PR
