if two angles of a triangle are equal to two angles of any other triangle is 2 each then the third angle with the Triangles are also equal

Yes , it's possible, but it is not guaranteed to always be the case. The angle between the two sides would also have to match its corresponding angle in order for the third sides to be congruent.
