So mass is inversely proportional to the KINETIC ENERGY when MOMENTA OF TWO BODIES ARE EQUAL. ... KE for a given momentum is inversely proportional to the mass. So, the lighter mass has greater kinetic energy. For two bodies having thesame kinetic energy, the heavier one has greater momentum.

\underline{\bold{Solution:-}}

Kinetic energy
  = \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}  \\  \\

where ,

m stands for mass

v stands for velocity.

If there are two objects A and B . A is having more mass than B.

Since,

KE is directly proportional to mass.

Therefore, A will have more kinetic energy.

So, it is clear that the object having higher mass has higher kinetic energy.
