perimeter of first rectangle=2(l+b)
=2(12+6)
=2*18
=36

It's given
Length = 6cm
Breadth = 3cm
We have to find the perimeter of the new shape formed by joining 2 rectangle of same dimension
.
. . The length is 6+6=12
Perimeter of rectangle
=2(l+b)
=2(12+3)
=2(15)
=30
.
. .the perimeter of new shape is 30c
