If two sides and an angle of one triangle are equal to two side of an angle of another triangle then two triangles must be congrount?true or not?why?

Yes the triangles are congruent. Let ABC and PQR be the triangles. Then AB= PQ           ABC= PQR. ( Given)           BC=QR Thus they are congruent by SAS congruence
