given two sides of a right angled triangle are 3cm and 4 cm .

by using Pythagoras theorem,

hypotenuse square =side square + side square .

other side=

 \sqrt{ {3}^{2} + {4}^{2} } \\ = \sqrt{9 + 16 } \\ = \sqrt{25} \\ = 5

therefore third side is equal to 5
