Given line
2x - 3y +9=0
Slope m1 = -a/b
=m1 = -2/-3=2/3
Another line 6x + ky + 4=0
Slope m2 = -6/k
For parallel condition,
m1=my
2/3=-6/k
2k= -18
K= -9 ans
