if two straight lines are perpendicular to two parallel lines then show that these lines are straight lines parallel to each other

If a transversal cuts two different lines and if the sum of the corresponding angles is equal to 180 degrees

Then,

the two given lines are parallel to each other

and here,

both the lines are perpendicular to the transversal

So,

the sum of angles made by them on the transversal is 180 degrees

Hence,both the given lines are parallel to each other
