Answer:

Volume of water displaced out = Volume of the solid immersed in

Volume of the solid = Volume of the cone + Volume of the hemisphere

∴ volume of cone =

 \frac{1}{3}  {\pi \: r}^{2} h

 \frac{1}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 6 \times 6 \times 12

 \frac{3168}{7}  = 452.57 {cm}^{3}

volume of hemisphere =

 \frac{2}{3}  {\pi \: r}^{3}

 \frac{2}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 6 \times 6 \times 6

 \frac{3168}{7}  = 452.57 {cm}^{3}

∴ The volume of water displaced out = Volume of the solid

= (1) + (2)

= 905.14 cm3
