A teleportation device. It could save us all A lot of time from going to and fro etc. Although this is just wishful thinking I still want to add a realistic touch to it. The teleportation device will also need human energy for it to work. The consumed energy would equal to how much time it would take for you to get from one place to another, to avoid over exertion. So you can only teleport from a distance that you can walk to or run to. Hence the commute industry won't go down and also to avoid people overusing this device.
