Answer:

Explanation:

Here we use the formula of density. Which is D = Z×M÷A^3 ×Na. Where Z=cordination no. And in our question we are asked about FCC then c. no of fcc is 4.and M=atomic mass. And Na is avogadro no. And lastly a^3 is nothing but it is volume. And volume is equal to mass upon density. Hope you like my explanation.

Answer:

1.79 g/mol

Explanation:

a = 600 pm

M = 58.5

Z = 4(FCC)

Na = 6.022×10^23

d = Z × M / a^3 × Na

= 4×58.5 / (600 × 10^-10)^3 × 6.022×10^23

= 4×58.5 / 2.16 × 10^-22 × 6.022 × 10^23

= 4×58.5 / 13.007×10

= 234/130.07

d = 1.79 g/cm^3
