If universe is infinite,how can we say that it is expanding ?

If the universe is infinite, it has always been infinite. At the Big Bang, it was infinitely dense. Since then it has just been getting less dense as space has expanded. Imagine a large flat rubber sheet with sand placed as closely together as possible on the sheet.

we can say this as the space between the galaxies is expanding and as we know there is a direct relationship between the speeds of distant galaxies and their distances from Earth.. many of the astronomers and scientists have observed that Galaxies are moving away from the Earth and this says us that it is expanding..
