Two vectors :

a = 2i + 2j + ck and,

b = 3i + 3j + 4 k

Now, For the two vectors to be parallel :

 \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{c}{4}  \\  \\  =   >  \frac{6}{6}  =  \frac{c}{4}  \\  \\  =    >  6c = 24 \\  \\  =  > c = 4
