velocity=v=4m/s
so velocity head=
  {v}^{2}  \div 2 \times g
=16/2×10
=4/5

Answer :-

Velocity head is the concept in fluid engineering. Velocity head represents the bulk motion of fluid. Velocity head is denoted by h.

Velocity Head (h)  = v² / 2 g

Velocity Head (h)  = 4² / 2 x 10  -- Assuming = g = 10 = gravity

Velocity Head (h)  = 16 / 20

Velocity Head (h)  =  4/5 m
