Hello Dear.
By Newton's Second Law of the Motion,
Force = Mass × Acceleration.
Also, Acceleration = Change in Velocity/Time
∴ Force = Mass × [Velocity/Time]
⇒ Mass = Force × Time/Velocity
∴ Dimension of the Mass = FTV⁻¹.
Hence, the Dimension of the Mass, if the velocity, time and force were chosen as the basic Quantities is FTV⁻¹.
