Which parts of Peninsular India are covered with dense forests.........

The north eastern parts of peninsular India is covered with heavy forests.The places in assam , meghalaya , manipur ,tripura have forest reserves.Chennai also recieves much rain and is full of greenery.
I think there are this many places with dense forests.There are forests in other areas but not as dense as these.
